Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care to patients in their homes.

Support daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.

Monitor health conditions and report changes.

Ensure patient safety and comfort.

Collaborate with family members and care coordinators.
Requirements:

Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification.

German language proficiency (minimum B2).

Ability to travel within the city for home visits.

Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
